My client is a Stockport-based company at the cutting edge of the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector. Theyre now looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join their team and help expand their client base.
What Will You Be Doing as a Business Development Executive?
Identifying and building relationships with potential clients to secure new business through cold calling and outreach.
Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and uncover new opportunities.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Networking at industry events, meetings, and conferences to connect with potential clients and partners.
We Would LOVE to Hear from You if You Have the Following Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in roles such as Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or Account Manager.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for client acquisition.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A keen interest in the property, Build-to-Rent, or proptech industries is a bonus.
Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
