Key Responsibilities: Labour Analysis&Optimisation: Assess workforce data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements in scheduling and productivity. Time and Motion Studies: Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve task efficiency. Workforce Planning: Develop staffing models aligned with sales forecasts, peak times, and customer traffic. Productivity Initiatives: Lead projects to reduce overtime, improve operational efficiency, and align labour spending with business goals. Reporting&Insights: Present labour performance data to senior leadership and identify trends for improvement. Skills&Experience: Proven experience in labour analysis and workforce planning within retail or similar industries. Expertise in time and motion studies and labour model creation.
