The successful candidate will be a valued addition and will be joining a small busy team based on the outskirts of Bristol for a national company. As the next Regional Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations in the Southwest area. This busy enterprise provides varied organisations with their world-renowned product. Being the UK’s subsidiary, they offer a complete range of products, which is backed up by a comprehensive project management experience, with a highly trained technical department and sales team. The role includes: * Ensure operational and financial KPI’s are met. * Oversee,lead and mentor a regional team of both field and office staff, with regular performance reviews. This will involve all training and support being offered to staff to enable them to perform to the best of their abilities. * Manage the budget and resources allocation to support the business, ensuring customer expectations are fulfilled and working closely with the contracts department to ensure customer expectations are achieved. * Build long-term relationships with clients that add value, developing new opportunities in the Southwest Region. * When required, travel throughout the Region to maintain a direct dialogue and relationship with clients and field technicians alike. * Data Management/Process Systems: Continuous improvement in collaboration with the IT Dept.
