Organise and oversee manufacturing of all products. Maintain the highest quality standards. Maintaining production flow and production planning. Managing a team of 20+ production staff. Dealing with HR/admin duties such as recruitment, payroll, holiday. Manage and monitor KPIs, efficiencies and productivities. Ensuring health, safety and compliance is adhered to. Dealing with continuous improvement projects. Manage wastage, productivity, reports and documents. Knowledge, Skills&Experience: Manufacturing / FMCG industry experience. Man management experience. IOSH / Nebosh / relevant health and safety qualifications. Experience with HR duties, payroll, rota, absence systems. Hands on experience within production environments.
