Key Responsibilities: * Conducting thorough inspections of ongoing projects to ensure they meet all specified standards and requirements. * Identifying and reporting any issues in workmanship or materials to the Project Manager and Principal Contractor. * Compiling comprehensive reports and managing tasks using platforms such as Fieldview. * Keeping meticulous records of project progress, promptly highlighting any delays or problems. * Offering expert guidance to the Project Manager and resolving any queries related to project drawings and specifications. * Regular site visitsto ensure services are delivered in accordance with building contract requirements. Qualifications: * Significant experience in cladding remediation or construction projects, particularly with high-risk buildings. * Membership or eligibility for membership with professional bodies such as RICS, CIOB, or ICWCI. * Proficiency with modern technological tools, including tablets and Fieldview software. * Proximity to Worcestershire or Bristol is beneficial for ease of travel to various project sites.
