Site Manager About the role of the Site Manager This role would see you running your open phase of an already established development. This phase will see about 400 traditional built units. Reporting into a project manager, you will be managing the day-to-day operations and leading the team to meet targets set out while driving the program while ensuring quality is set to the highest standard Responsibilities for the Site Manager Ensuring compliance onsite at all times to H&S standards, processes and NHBC standards Co-ordinating labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme Ensuring all plots are built to the highest standard of quality Make sure the on-site team is fully resourced and well directed Initiating and attending plot inspections with the local building inspector or NHBC Requirements for Site Manager Strong understanding of NHBC standards Computer literate Proven experience as a Site Manager within a PLC environment Experience of working to an established build programme and managing KPI's Timber frame experience would be desirable Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines What we offer for Site Manager£60,000 - £70,000k Car allowance&Pension Health insurance and Pension Opportunities for progression and training If you want to hear more about this Senior Site Manager role please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Chelsey in our Brighton office on (phone number removed) or (url removed)
