This is an exciting time to join a well-established hotel, which is undergoing a massive renovation and is due to launch its new fine dining restaurant soon. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food operation including day-to-day kitchen operation, staff hiring and management, menu development and cost control all whilst ensuring that the team are working to a high standard and delivering the customer an exceptional and memorable dining experience across all food outlets. The successful candidate will be an experienced Head Chef or Executive Chef in a luxury 4-star hotel already, with a proven track record in leading and motivating a kitchen team. You will be a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and will have experience working to at least 2 Rosette standards, as well as having volume experience too.
