We are hiring for a hands on SITE SUPERVISOR / MANAGER for a Ground Works&Factory Unit build Project in the NORTHAMPTON area scheduled to last up to 15 months between Aug / Sept 2024 and the end of 2025. You will be working for a well established, privately owned construction business with offices in Birmingham. Working Mon to Fri with core hours between 8am and 5pm, Salary is entirely dependent on the skills and experience you present at interview however we anticipate a gross salary in the region of£55,000 to £65,000 (CIS). As a SITE SUPERVISOR / MANAGER you will be responsible for: * Managing multi skilled teams of employed&sub contracted trades. * Site wide health&safety. * Ensuring materials&consumables are available on site. * Ensuring sufficient trades, equipment&resources are available on site. * Delivering projects to specification, within budget&to timescale. * Maintaining the accuracy of work in line with plans. * Regular reporting and necessary site documentation * Hands on construction&ground work as time&circumstances dictates. The successful SITE SUPERVISOR / MANAGER should have the following qualification&experience: * Managing teams within a construction site environment. * Hands on management style * SMSTS / SSSTS qualification. * Hands on ground working including driving plant&machinery * Steel framed buildings * Fully aware of health&safety requirements within construction. * Working to technical drawings, project plans&budgets. * Holding a full UK driving license.
