Key responsibilities of the role will include: * Correspondence management including making and receiving inbound and outbound calls, answering emails and signposting queries to the relevant team member * Liaising with clients,booking in work and uploading their order onto the company systems * Supporting the ordering process end-to-end, including coordinating deliveries and collections; keeping clients informed at each stage * Other administrative duties when required Prospective applicants must have outstanding communication, organisation and attention-to-detail skills, be able to work with initiative, and thrive working as part of a team.
