What you will do  Manage technical programs from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with customer KPIs and SLAs. Collate, record, and report progress regularly to stakeholders. Proactively review and achieve monthly milestone targets for IP CCTV and Access Control installations. Lead the design and deployment of IP infrastructure for CCTV and Access Control systems based on customer specifications. Interface with global customer IT teams for seamless integration. Design and execute installation rollout programs, attending progress meetings across various UK sites. Support national account managers and sales management in program design, implementation, and deployment. Directly oversee the design, coordination, and implementation of designated IP programs. Contribute to program planning and project design from concept to implementation. Promptly escalate and resolve customer complaints. Manage programs ensuring adherence to best practices. Proactively communicate with operational managers for resource and procurement planning. Plan and schedule installation rollouts and programs, ensuring timely completion. Coordinate engineers’ documentation for accuracy and compliance. Design and communicate customer-specific Health&Safety information. What we look for  Required  High-end product knowledge of IP CCTV and Access Control. Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals. Experience in a customer-facing environment with a successful track record. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with network/IP infrastructure and architecture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program planning applications. Preferred Knowledge of Genetec and C-Cure global systems.
