PMLD Teaching Assistant  Full-Time  Location:  North Birmingham  £80 - £85 Per Day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)  Starting:  As Soon As Possible The School and Role  ABC Teachers are seeking PMLD Teaching Assistants to support students'growth anddevelopment academically, socially, and emotionally.   We collaborate with various SEN and Alternative Provision Settings to enlist teaching assistants for long-term positions in schools and day-to-day bookings. The roles encompass diverse support tasks and cater to the unique needs of students; thus, we strive to match your expertise, skills, and passions with the appropriate schools.  As part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with providing personal care, assisting with educational activities, and supporting the overall well-being of students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). Collaborating closely with staff within the school, you'll ensure that students' individual requirements are effectively met.   The desired PMLD Teaching Assistant will possess:  Experience in providing personal care and supporting students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), preferably in a school setting.  A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check.  A compassionate and patient approach towards supporting students with complex needs.  Dedication and commitment to fostering student well-being and progress.  Strong adaptability skills to cater to varying student needs and learning styles.  A proactive stance towards their profession and responsibilities.  As a Teaching Assistant who is part of our team, you benefit from:   Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
