You would be working for a the Birmingham office of a National Law firm with fantastic benefitsand an amazing City centre office. Whilst supporting the partner in Birmingham you will also be required to provide PA and administrative support to multiple other fee earners . The duties of the Legal Personal Assistant will include: Processing correspondence with clients, third parties and theCourt Managing and maintaining client files Proactively responding to and drafting responses on behalf of others, prioritising and e-filing Dealing with client enquiries Answering calls and taking messages where necessary Arranging meetings and managing diaries Preparation of court bundles (electronic and hard copy) Liaising with counsel's and Judge's clerks and filing of court documents on the court's e-filing system Setting up new clients, new matters and running conflict checks If you are an experienced Legal Personal Assistant and interested in this 12 month fixed term contract please apply now.
