INRIX is always looking for Flexi Traffic Incident Operators to cover sickness and holiday requirements. The successful candidates will be collating traffic incident data for North America, and will based in the INRIX Incident Group (IIG) in Quinton, Birmingham. Using the latest data capture technologies, internet based research, traffic cameras and audio output, you must possess excellent keyboard skills, have great attention to detail and be confident whilst using your own initiative in this fast-paced environment. We will provide you with full training and a great environment to work in! Teamwork and flexibility is a must in this role and your communication skills will be tested when working within a team dedicated to capturing live traffic information (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) which will then be used in real-time by some of the largest and most well-known organisations and companies in the world. Role Specifics As this is a ‘round the clock’ operation, the ideal candidates will be available most days of the week, and specifically for night work, collating traffic incident data for North America. The roles are to provide support and cover for vacant shifts for both short notice and planned vacancies.
