Job Description
Nelson Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service coordinator in the Edgbaston area. Our client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor to work within their main office.
Your duties will be:
Taking incoming calls
Logging call details
Welcoming customers into the building
Liasing between customers and contractors
Diarising appointments
Following up on appointments and visits
Administrative duties
The client is looking for someone with:
Ability to work on own initiative
Customer focused
Attention to detail
Interviews will be held next week with an immediate start date
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 0830-1730
Pay rate:£11.44
There is opportunity for this to lead to a permanent position.
