The Role - What You'll Be Doing As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will work closely with senior professionals on a wide range of corporate transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Financial Analysis&Valuations - Conducting company valuations, financial modelling, and sector research. Transaction Support - Assisting in M&A deals, fundraising, and strategic advisory projects. Market Research&Intelligence - Analysing industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities. Client Presentations&Reports - Preparing pitch materials, buyer lists, and acquisition target analyses. Deal Origination&Business Development - Identifying new clients and supporting marketing initiatives. Professional Training&ICAEW Qualification - Becoming a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with full sponsorship from Heligan Group. Who We're Looking For Degree: 2:1 or above in Business, Economics, Finance, Maths, or a related subject. Grade 7 (or above) in GCSE Maths and English Language and the equivalent of 112 UCAS points. Over the age of 21 with the ability to work in the UK. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent research and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly. Commercial awareness, with an interest in UK business, finance, and investment trends.
