In this position, you will: Autonomous Practice: Operate as an independent speech and language therapist within the multidisciplinary team, leading assessments and treatment. Communication Assessment and Intervention: Evaluate how a person's communication abilities impact daily activities, devising effective intervention strategies. Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the individual and their social network to address communication barriers. Specialised Assessment and Management Plans: Conduct assessments for both communication and complex dysphagia, developing individualized management plans, and seeking specialist input as needed.
