Monday to Friday Rates of Pay: 09:00 – 18:00: 13.25 per hour Early& Late Unsociable Hours (07:00– 09:00 and 18:00 – 22:00): 13.50 per hour Weekend Rate of Pay (07:00 – 22:00): 14.75 per hour Bank Holiday Rate (07:00 – 22:00): 19.00 per hour Paid Mileage: 30p per mile Refer a Friend Bonus: 200 Signing-On Bonus: 150 Fully Funded Diplomas/NVQs in Health& Social Care Open University Funding Programme: Work with us full-time and you could receive up to 9,000 funding for yourself or a dependent child in part-time courses, or up to 6,000 for full-time courses. What You Will Be Doing: As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Personal Care Meal Preparation Administering Medication Companionship Care No previous experience in care is necessary! Full training is provided in all aspects of care.
