Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Walsall based client to recruit for a Billing Co-Ordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This role would be ideal for someone who has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, and someone who is looking to work within a company who offer extensive training for career development. The main duties of the Billing Co-Ordinator role include: * Processing and adjusting bills * Prepare and submit claims for payment to support the billing process * Handle accounts ledger queries * Oversee the claims process * Reconcile statements * Act as a point of contact * Submit bills monthly The ideal candidate will: * Have proven experience within a similar role * Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Be able to work well under pressure and on own initiative as well as within a team environment This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
