GSL Education is currently seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to work within primary and secondary settings in Scunthorpe. Key Responsibilities Support the school's objectives and develop a comprehensive understanding of their work, aligned with their ethosand aims. Assist children in participating in various activity groups for those with special educational needs, primarily focusing on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH). Contribute to the implementation of 1:1 behavioural intervention programmes for children with Autism, developmental delays, or other Special Educational Needs (SEN). Observe, engage with, and document student behaviour. Follow lesson plans and support activities as directed. Maintain a high standard of educational support at all times.
