You also need to be adept at quickly identifying issues and ensuring solutions are followed through to meet customer needs. You should also possess relevant qualifications such as: - CSCS Managers Card - Drivers Licence In addition, you will possess a proven track record of working as an Assistant Site Manager across a construction or house building environment.
