We are looking for an Assistant Producer/Broadcast Journalist with a minimum of 1 year TV experience and some knowledge of the finance sector. Your responsibilities will include: - play a key supporting role to the Producer to deliver high quality programmes to deadline - generating original ideas for programme content - writing scripts around business and finance news across different programmes - writing and editing VT packages - sourcing contributors and building a contacts book within this sector - filming reports – you will be required to interview guest, record pieces to camera to create business reports Skills required: - excellent writing skills - excellent time-management, organisational skills, planning skills - the ability to calmly and effectively prioritise workload - demonstrable experience of working productively and collaboratively within a diverse production team Right to work in the UK: - The successful candidate must possess the right to work in the UK - Salary: Competitive and dependent on previous experience and knowledge - visit media.info to find out how to apply
