Job Description

Purpose of role: To support and assist in the day-to-day success of the company strategy across the Aggregators.  You will be proficient in creating reports and visualisations to effectivley communicate complex information, demonstrating strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.  A self-starter is crucial to this role, having meticulous attention to detail as you will be responsible for accurately submitting POs and sales files equating to £3m+ per month. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that has pressure to meet deadlines to achieve tangible results. Key responsibilities&accountabilities: Raise PO's for all aggregator invoices/ credit notes - including CPA's as well as any other additional incentives. All costs should be forecasted based on our performance and any external market factors. Collate all sales and cancellations for all brands by aggregators, issuing the report to the business by WD3 each month. Manage the MI specifications provided by each aggregator, co-ordinating any requested changes with our internal MI department. Always reviewing how we can optimise this process. Submitting all customer data to the aggregators by wording day 3 each month. Create and maintain a group wide document with key KPI's to share with our aggregator partners within our strategy meetings. Develop monthly reporting to analyse data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for performance improvement. Being able to clearly articulate any challenges that the KPIs show. Work with cross-functional teams to create a new report identifying any price change on click throughs - resulting in improved performance. Develop and maintain a sales share report utilising multiple data sources, identifying, and explaining any trends. Generate a capacity report based on market conditions and our technical estate to forecast volumes. Lead the implementation of Power BI within the aggregator function, evolve all existing reporting to consider aggregators and build new reporting to optimise manual processes. "Monitor aggregator performance metrics to ensure minimal downtime in our products. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and support operational initiatives. Conduct PCW Market Intel– ensuring competitiveness amongst the ever-changing insurance market. Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure all MI is sent securely via the SFTP process. Monitoring of internal notifications to ensure sales are correctly submitted to all aggregators daily. Manage the data flow of performance metrics provided by the aggregators that is utilised internally in our databases. Essential Maintain high professional standards. Highly accurate, paying appropriate attention to detail. Communicate clearly, confidently, and concisely. Contribute to achievingteam objectives, working to targets and deadlines. React positively to change, staying calm under pressure. Ability to analyse data to identify trends and produce detailed outputs. Ability to use industry standard analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) Desirable Experience in the insurance industry Experience of liaising with 3rd party service providers Proven ability to analyse data and to draw and validate conclusions.
