Aftersales Manager Role - - Oversee all aspects of the aftersales function, including customer support, service, and parts operations. - Manage and motivate the aftersales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety regulations. - Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the customer experience. Aftersales Manager Requirements - - Must have 2+ years experience in the role. - Must have a Full UK Driving License. - Must have managementexperience within a main dealership or large independent garage.
