Administrator - Hayes - 5 days in the office -£30,000 Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a global furniture business, there UK operation is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join there growing team. This exciting role will provide key administrative support across our UK-owned retail stores, including several flagship locations. As an Administrator, you will work closely with the Divisional Manager, assisting with various day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the stores. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience in retail administration, this could be a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail division, including managing staff hours/rotas, H&S compliance, and sales reporting. Training: Lead training sessions for new starters on internal systems, ensuring they are proficient in stock transfers, sales orders, and other operational processes. Promotions&Pricing: Manage and maintain the promotional and pricing calendar for all stores, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Sales&Data Reporting: Collate weekly sales data and reports using business intelligence (BI) tools. Stock Management: Generate stock orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage excess stock. Health&Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety documentation is reviewed and updated annually. Customer Relations: Support with customer issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve escalated concerns. POS Audits: Oversee quarterly POS audits for all stores to ensure operational consistency. Confidential Data Management: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity. Essential Skills&Experience: Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and open to learning new systems as required. Data Analysis: Ability to compile and interpret data, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Retail Operations Understanding: Knowledge of retail operations is advantageous, but not essential. Organization&Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines. Confidentiality&Integrity: Must be trustworthy and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
