PRS are seeking to recruit for a Performance Administration Assistant based in Burnley.  This is a contract role that runs to Mid April 2025.  Paying £12.44 per hour – working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Job Specification: Support Performance Managers in the interface with Local Authority representatives and FM team Collation of daily performance data related to all FM services Induction of contractors, Updating spread sheets for inductions, DBS and RAMS Managing Helpdesk performance including jeopardy management, ensure compliance to KPI’s and reduce deductions Collation of operational data relevant to the compilation of monthly reports and the annual service report Support with the administration of completion of contractual documentation and key business documents: JERPs; Customer Satisfaction Surveys; Service Delivery Plans; Monthly Reports; Annual Service Report Support the development, implementation and review of documents and procedures across the Project.   Qualifications: Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills Computer literate with a range of office applications word, excel, access PowerPoint etc Approachable professional manner A good working knowledge of CAFM systems   What to Do:- If you are interestedthen please submit your details now.  Please note if you have not heard from us within 5 days, then your application has not been successful.  PRS is an equal opportunities employer.
