Accounts&Sales Admin£27,000 A manufacturing company located in Newmarket is seeking an Accounts&Sales Administrator to join the team! Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and closely collaborating with the Export Manager and Sales team, you will oversee accounting and sales administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include• Managing credit control to ensure debtors are handled according to company financial procedures. • Processing purchase ledger invoices, customer sales invoices, commercial invoices, and credit notes using ERP and Sage software. • Gathering all delivery notes from stores. • Handling supplier invoices within the ERP system. • Addressing processing issues with stores. • Sending daily supplier remittances via email. • Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts to ensure timely payments. • Communicating with suppliers. • Sending monthly customer statements. • Organizing receipts from credit card holders and processing monthly statements. • Assisting with stock take activities. • Supporting the Export Manager in processing sales opportunities. • Providing assistance to the Office Administrator during peak periods. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with familiarity in Sage Line 50 software being highly advantageous.
