You will provide small-group tutoring to Year 11 students, helping them prepare for their upcoming GCSE exams. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to make a direct impact on students' academic progress and exam performance. Roles&Responsibilities: Provide focused tutoring sessions in English or Maths to small groups of Year 11 students in preparation for GCSE Examinations. Differentiate instruction to meet varying academic abilities. Collaborating with subject teachers to develop effective strategies for student improvement. Identify gaps in student learning, provided focused tuition in these areas. Use a variety of strategies to engage students with different learning styles.The schools are looking to appoint someone who: A qualification in English/Maths, or QTS is desirable but not essential. Have experience in providing tutoring to small groups of students. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
