Must possess strong attention to detail and have ability to read and understand manufacturing orders. Level 3 Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing or equivalent preferredComputer Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office productsDescription: Mid-level position within fieldOther Skills:• Must have thorough experience and knowledge to operate machinery and&various pneumatic and hand tools• Must be independently proficient in at least 8-10 trim operator specializations, i.e. stringers, splices, band saw and / or sanding parts, channels, cauls and actuators • Performs work under limited supervision with some latitude for independent judgement • Ability to lead daily meetings and provide continuous improvement suggestions • Requires experience within discipline and solid working knowledge of subject matter • Handles complex issues, escalates more complex issues to supervisor • Ability to read and write English at a comprehensive level necessary for successful job performance • Good hand / eye coordination is a must • Works with junior staff to train on processes and procedures • Position requires forklift certification City (-ies) :Marysville Minimum education level achieved :GCSEs English : Fluent
