Job field / Job profile :Project management/Project management Employment type :Permanent Position description : Your role is to contribute to program and project management and performance by providing support for operational teams to help achieve their cost and delivery objectives. This also encompasses managing risks and opportunities, and deliverables.As delegated by the program or project manager, depending on their scope of responsibility, you are responsible for the following duties and tasks:• enhance/promote standards and ensure compliance with program and project management processes • organize and facilitate the management process (reviews, milestone reviews, decisions and actions) • collect and consolidate macro-scheduling for program aspects, synchronize and consolidate integrated planning for project aspects, and report any irregularities • collect and consolidate initial and actual costs (NRC) upon program/project completion • oversee and consolidate the performance of risks and opportunities management, and report any irregularities • handle management information (KPIs, reporting, other related documents and dashboards) • propose decision-making scenarios and help prepare decision-support documents • support operational teams on management processes (program and project management, work package management, visual management, continuous improvement initiatives) • support methods and tools teams in maintaining business tools and the management reference system (including training) • contribute to experience feedback on program and project management and therefore contribute to continuous improvement efforts within these areas of responsibility. Furthermore, you will participate and promote to continuous improvement in Program and Project management and related fields through: • Operational Excellence “One Safran” • Transversal PMO improvement projects in Program The position reports hierarchically to the PMO manager and functionally to the Program and/or Project manager. The person will work with all departments in the company. Leadership, rigor, pragmatism and determination.Experience in project management.Strong efficiency in using Planisware and MS Office.Effective communicator as well as a good team player.Ability to work with stakeholders from many sites of Safran LS.Deliverables: Your specific deliverables will be the following, broken down by frequency: Weekly: 1.1 Regular maintenance (either directly, or through support of the work package Manager) of the oSmoz objects for your Program(s) a. Measured by having accurate and up to date information in the plan reflecting the current budget and forecast. b. Measured by having all available time-booking tasks for Resources with available hours to book. c. Measured by having up to date technical planning for all deliverables. 1.2 Produce Deliverable OTD report and chair review with Project Chief Engineer (PCEO) and team a. Measured by the successful update on late deliverables as well as the forecasting Monthly: 1.1 PCEO Dashboard support a. Measured the successful production of the monthly PCEO dashboard. Quarterly: Manage the oSmoz process on the Toronto based programs.
