About the Role: As a Legal Secretary in the Private Client sector, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team. Key Responsibilities: Manage phone calls and coordinate meetings for clients and team members. Provide general assistance to partners and fee earners as needed. Accurately record messages and maintain meticulous documentation. Type letters, emails, and notes, demonstrating your excellent communication skills. Utilise the firm's dictation and software systems with ease. Handle client information with utmost confidentiality and care. Assist with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, keeping precise records. Order office supplies and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Conduct research and distribute information as required by management. Maintain organised client files and ensure compliance with company policies.
