As Transport Team Manager, you’ll focus on cost management, service quality, and strict compliance with Health and Safety, regulatory, and company policies, ensuring that all activities align with legal standards. You’ll drive people-related KPIs and provide essential support to the management team to keep everything running smoothly. About the Role: In this dynamic role, you’ll: * Oversee the transport operation, ensuring cost-effectiveness, service excellence, and policy compliance within your team. * Support the transport team includingTransport Manager with daily meetings, debrief of crews (Driver Mate&Class 2 Driver), ensure company standards are met and delivering operational efficiency through route planning. * Drive key people KPIs, fostering a positive culture and productive work environment.
