The Role We seek an experienced Precision Engineer to join the internal technical support team, providing expert advice to customers and ensuring top-tier service. Key responsibilities include: * Assisting customers and internal teams with technical queries. * Recommending solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. * Liaising with suppliers on new products and high-value requirements. * Reaching out to potential customers. Requirements * CNC trained with manual and CNC machining experience. * Minimum 3 years shop floor experience post-apprenticeship. * Comfortable communicating professionally with customers and suppliers. * Competent in Microsoft Word&Outlook.
