To provide a ‘hands-on’ management approach and lead by example for all Toparticipate in the recruitment process as required with interviews and trials for potential Second Chef’s, Trainee Chef’s, and Kitchen Porter’s To communicate with the Head Chef on a regular basis regarding all stock levels Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar position ispreferred but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to carry out manual handling, including lifting and moving stock and equipment. Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
