Our people take pride in delivering a hands-on, first-class service, ensuring excellence across all projects.Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing all commercial and cost aspects of large-scale construction projects. * Managing budgets, contracts, and cost variations to ensure financial targets are met. * Collaborating closely with project teams and reporting directly to senior management. * Providing expert cost advice and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ideal Candidate: * Holds a degree in quantity surveying. * Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. * Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. * A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
