Key Responsibilities: As a Construction&Civil Engineering Resourcer, your duties will include, but are not limited to: * Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct approaches to build a strong pool of construction and civil engineering professionals. * Candidate Screening&Interviews: Conduct initial screening, interviews, and qualification checks to ensure candidates meet the client’s needs and requirements. * Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure it is accurate and up to date. * Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with project managers, construction directors, and other stakeholders to understand their resource requirements, ensuring a timely and efficient recruitment process. * Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for all recruitment-related queries. * Placement Management: Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring smooth placement of candidates into their roles. * Onboarding&Compliance: Ensure all candidates are fully compliant with legal, contractual, and health&safety requirements before placement. * Reporting: Maintain accurate records and produce recruitment reports on performance, status updates, and any issues regarding the recruitment process.
