Work Hours: Option 1: 12hr Shift Pattern 1: 4-day week (Mon-Thurs) and 3-day week (Thur-Sat). Pattern 2: 4-day week (Mon, Tues, Fri&Sat) and 3-day week (Tues-Thurs).Option 2: Variable Hours 32-48 hours per week as needed, with standard hours Monday - Friday and flexibility for overtime and Saturdays.Shift allowance payable.
