The Country Manager for Ireland is looking to hire a strong Planner to lead this job as the No1 whilst also adding value at pre-construction phases for other projects tendered. This project has been negotiated due to a long term relationship with this global tech client. 1st phase has been awarded and this sits between £130-180 Million with 2 further phases to follow. Thisrole has the scope to growth into a portfolio position over time if you have the people skills and technical agility within planning. This client is not after a Primavera jockey to sit behind the desk. They want someone that understands buildability, sequencing and can pull a program apart from theground up. Do you have the technical know how combined with the track record delivering Mega Watt Data Centres for Main Contractors or MEP -Contractors. You understand client specs, risk and have walked this path before so to speak ?
