HVAC&Gas Engineer  Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (Mobile Role) Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (Based on experience) Company Vehicle&Fuel Card Provided  About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC&Gas Engineer to join one of the country's leading facilities management companies. This is a mobile role, covering sites across Belfast and surrounding areas, carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs on a range of commercial heating and HVAC systems.  Key Responsibilities Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites First-line maintenance and troubleshooting of commercial heating systems Servicing and repairing mechanical HVAC equipment, including boilers, fans, pumps, AHUs, and FCUs Ensuring alltechnical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date Carrying out surveys and producing reports as required by management Ensuring safe working practices, particularly regarding 3-phase and single-phase electrical systems The Ideal Candidate ✔ Previous experience in a similar mobileHVAC&Gas Engineer role✔ Strong mechanical HVAC knowledge (pumps, motors, etc.) ✔ Ability to deal directly with customers and site management teams ✔ Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces ✔ A hands-on, can-do attitude with flexibility to meet the needs of the business   Qualifications / Experience Essential: ACS Commercial Gas Certificates (COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1, TPCP1A) City&Guilds 2079 F-Gas Category 1 Full UK Driving Licence– required for mobile role.
