The role is estimated to be split as follows:

Provide HR administrative support on all HR related matters, including the PDR process, talent progression, compiling HR reports, statistics and award submissions.
Oversee and manage TUPEprocesses, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with legal requirements. Training can be provided for candidates without prior TUPE experience.
Be able to promote Rapport’s people offer to all stakeholders, including learning opportunities, career development, staff benefits, and engagementinitiatives.
Communicate key HR initiatives, including ER legislative updates, best practice and process.
Advise and support the training of new managers in HR operational excellence, including professionalism within Rapport’s payroll service, HR systems and processes.
Support Company events and ambassador engagement activities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A can-do, positive attitude with a passion for people.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Confidence in working under pressure, remaining calm and acting with confidentiality and discretion.

An approachable, fair and open manner.
High attention to detail and be happy working with data and figures.
Ideally you will:
