Providing direction on the financial and operational strategy of the business. Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process. Oversight of all financial and accounting matters including month end reports, management accounts, presentation of management information and KPIs. Identifying process simplification initiatives and taking ownership for delivering change and sharing best practices across the wider finance team. Building excellent relationships with wider finance teams and support functions. Directing and coaching direct reports and the wider finance team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, working Mon-Friday 40 hours a week, with flex to work remotely 2 days a week. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Qualified accountant – CIMA, ACA or ACCA with experience operating at a senior level with strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
