The Role: We are currently seeking a customer focused Gas Engineer to join our Domestic Heating After Sales Team, providing world-class support to our customers, undertaking the servicing, fault-finding and repair of Worcester Bosch heating products within an area. Based from home and currently residing within the listed area, you will utilise your knowledge and boiler fault finding experience to provide high levels of first time fix and ensure our customers receive the highest levels of customer care. Your Experience: You will be a self-motivated, organised Gas Engineer with Boiler fault-finding skills and a passion for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. You will also possess; Boiler fault-finding&repair experience (not necessarily on the Worcester product range although this could be an advantage) Gas Certification - Register of Gas Installers (RGI) Experience of using to test equipment, including Electrical Multi-Meter and Combustion Gas analyser An ability to engage with customers and communicate with them effectively and confidentially A positive attitude, integrity, reliability and ability to work on your own initiative A diligent and consistent approach to safeguarding your own Health&Safety and that of others during your daily work Basic IT skills Full driving Licence - essentialSupporting You: Initial product Training (in excess of six weeks) Full Technical Support Ongoing development&training keeping you up to date with the latest Worcester Bosch products The ability to start your day from home Working within a team within your region Fully equipped vehicle - restocked for you every night with all the parts you need!
