Annual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity / adoption leave and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.    We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!  As an ER Advisor based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:   Working in a fast-paced environment, managing a number of complex cases at any one time, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and attendance, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing and appeals Providing comprehensive advice to managers on a wide range of ER matters Providing advice and information to line managers and employees in relation to all HR policy and procedures ensuring consistency of application throughout the business Maintaining and updating employee relations records on the casework HALO ticketing system and employee files. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm. We offer flexibility around hybrid working, with two days a week from home. And here’s what we’d like you to have:  Previous ER/Advisory experience and experience managing complex cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and long-term sickness absence A strong understanding of employment law and legislative changes To be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to draft appropriate, legally compliant letters and correspondence in response to ER issues To be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
