Job description Temporary Receptionist Required We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to ensure smooth front desk operations at our Dublin 2 office. This role is based in a food and beverage manufacturing company. This is a short-term role, starting Monday, 17th of March, for a minimum of two weeks, with the possibility of an extension. Start Date: Monday, 17th March ⏳ Duration: Minimum of 2–4 weeks (possibility of extension) Pay: €15 per hour Role Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and manage front desk duties. • Answer and direct phone calls professionally. • Handle email correspondence and schedule appointments. • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred). • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. • Professional appearance and demeanor.
