We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our diverse team and support this growth. This is an 18 month fixed term contract In this role you will: • Leading searches & candidate engagement, and delivering outstanding candidate experience. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring that we meet a rapidly growing business's ongoing needs. • Deliver an efficient, effective and quality service to all partners. • Utilise your established network within the technology space along with the vital technical knowledge to have high value recruitment conversations. What will make you stand out? • Technical Recruitment background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience engaging with senior engineering and engineering leadership profiles • Ability to attract passive senior candidates and build diverse pipelines Experience with any of the following will help you to stand out but is not vital in order to apply for this role; • A passion for delivering outstanding service and experience for all • Experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage people. • Ability to rigorously prioritise, coordinate, and multitask; simultaneously building and handling pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sourcing metrics, drawing insights, and translating into action This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin.
