In Ireland they operate as more of a generalist main contractor working across a variety of industry sectors including healthcare / hospitals, residential, education and industrial Due to a recent project win, our client is now seeking a Senior Site Manager in Dublin. Responsibilities * Project Oversight and Coordination: The Senior Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire site operation, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth operations. * Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring that the site adheres to all health and safety regulations is critical. The Senior Site Manager is responsible for identifying potential hazards, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring the well-being of all site personnel. * Resource Management: They are responsible for managing site resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment. This includes scheduling and allocating resources based on project requirements, ensuring efficient use of time and materials. * Quality Control and Standards Enforcement: The Senior Site Manager ensures that the fit-out work meets the specified design, technical requirements, and quality standards. This includes conducting regular site inspections, ensuring quality assurance procedures are followed, and addressing any issues promptly. * Communication and Stakeholder Liaison: The Senior Site Manager is the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers. They are responsible for providing regular updates on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring that any changes or issues are communicated effectively to all parties involved.
