About the Role
This leading construction company is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join its HR team. This role will focus on managing Student Placement and Graduate Placement Programmes, while supporting the identification and attraction of top talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in employer branding, university engagement, and recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:• Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent, including graduates and placement students.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and career services to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate and oversee career fairs, acting as a representative of thecompany.
• Manage advertising and recruitment for graduate and student placement opportunities.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for student placements, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Support the interview process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, and pre-screening.
• Maintain recruitment systems and provide regular reports on hiring activities.
• Assist with work permit and visa applications where required.
• Engage with site teams and HR colleagues to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Monitor recruitment trends and best practices, contributing to process improvements.
• Conduct exit interviews and generate quarterly and annual reports.
Experience&Skills Required:• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and gain buy-in.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple viewpoints.• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
