What you’ll do: • Lead & Supervise: Manage and motivate a 4-person cleaning team, working alongside them to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. • Operational Excellence: Oversee cleaning schedules, inspections, and quality control to maintain a spotless and safe workplace. • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and risk assessments to protect your team and workplace. • Problem Solving: Quickly address maintenance issues, supply shortages, or team challenges to maintain smooth operations. • Training & Development: Coach and mentor staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and uphold professional standards. • Resource Management: Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure your team has the right equipment and materials. What You Bring • Proven Leadership Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale cleaning environment. • Strong Knowledge of Industrial Cleaning Standards, including safety procedures, compliance, and efficient cleaning techniques. • Hands-on, Proactive Approach, with the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and drive team performance. • Excellent Communication & Team Management Skills to lead, train, and inspire staff to achieve high standards.
