TXM are supporting an exciting business in Dublin Ireland to recruit an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor to manage staff and ensure the necessary fleet is presented on time for operations to the required safety, technical and quality standards while maintaining the safe operation of the maintenance depot on their turn of shift. We are looking for candidates with : At least 5 years’ experience in the role of a Depot or Workshop supervisor Demonstration of Safety Consciousness through actions. Proven experience in engineering theory and practices To be an advocate for Continuous Improvement change in the workplace Ability to promote the use of Safe Working Practices in a Team environment. Ability to understand application of Maintenance Specifications. Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate staff Ability to work alongside managers, and cross functional teams Craft Qualification Rolling Stock Maintenance Qualification (Desirable) Certificate in Supervisory Management or Equivalent (Desirable) Excellent salary and benefits including pension, travel, health&wellbeing and development opportunities
