They were established over 20 years ago and have successfully achieved its original intention of creating and maintaining the best Energy Monitoring and Targeting software in the marketplace We are looking for a Electrician - Quality Certifier to join our successful Horizon Energy team. This is a Site Based role Role and Responsibilites Qualified Certifier Electrician; Surveying, designing and project managing the installation, inspecting and testing of low carbon and renewable energy solutions installed by Horizon Energy. Applicants will be self-motivated, performance driven with a high attention to detail. Ideally with 5+ years previous experience of the Irish electrical industry and preferably with at least 3 years in a renewables business. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Maintaining the highest level of safety, technical standards and quality of electrical installation work * Maintaining a full knowledge of the National Rules for Electrical Installations * Supervision and management of the installation of industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical systems * Inspection and testing of industrial, commercial and domestic electrical systems including renewable and low carbon technologies; PV&Battery, ASHP, GSHP, CHP * Diagnose and repair electrical faults under own volition * Completion of certificates and notifications * Compile material lists and collect parts as required * Read, interpret and work from mechanical and electrical schematics * Assist with annual compliance audits– Safe Electric / SEAI * Provide exceptional customer services and be able to answer any customer questions * Represent Horizon Energy in a professional manner at all times * Read and comply with the company Health&Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health&Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
