Contracts Manager/Director - UK Midlands - c.£120-130k plus Accommodation, Flights + Benefits We are currently working with a leading main contractor who operate throughout the UK and Ireland. The Contracts Manager/Director is a role that can swiftly lead to a position on the UK Board. The ideal candidate is preferably experienced workingwith well-known Top 50 Main Contractors in the UK or Ireland with a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience. You will have a hands on approach and able to manage multiple projects (circa 3 No.) and will be reporting to the Regional Director. You will also be expected to get involved in the pre-construction and tendering process and work closely with all other departments within the company. For the right person they will offer a very good remuneration package and excellent opportunities for career growth. This year the company will turnover in excess of €300M with the UK accounting for €100M and the type of projects they are currently working on are in the Hotel, Retirement Village, Commercial and Residential sectors.
